Yoga has become a way of life for me. Without it, I struggle and don’t feel like myself. Beyond the poses, yoga philosophy, meditation, and breathwork have helped me remain resilient through life’s physical, mental, and emotional challenges. I hope that by sharing my experiences and knowledge, I can help others tackle their obstacles by developing their Still Resilience.

As a certified yoga instructor and personal trainer, I sincerely appreciate the mind-body connection and the profound impact of yoga and fitness on transforming lives.

As I discuss in my book, “Becoming an Everyday Polymath,” it is essential to balance the four aspects of life: intellectual, physical, social, and artistic. Yoga is a unique discipline that incorporates all four.
